ELPIE ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. with its head office in Rajkot, India is specialised in building high performance Plastic Extrusion machineries and Thermoforming Machines, is founded in year 2010.

More than 30 years of experienced Technocrat and founder of the company serves Elpie by tailoring plastic processing machineries including extrusion lines and thermoforming machines as per customer requirements.

Elpie become an Award Winning Company in year 2013 for state of the art fully automatic and highest capacity of PP non woven spunbond single beam line designed for 3.2 meter fabric width, within short time from Elpie's inception.

Elpie is focused on composite lines of non woven fabric and machineries of EPS project which includes EPS Sheet Extruder line, EPS vacuum forming machine, extrusion coating line and tools.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Elpie's state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facilities covered in 2000 sq. meter, are located on the outskirts of Rajkot, Gujarat one of the most industrious states of India. Facilities comprise design office and tool-room with state of the art computer aided and conventional machine tools.
AUTOCAD and UNIGRAPHICS software tools are used for product engineering and 3D modeling.
The 4-axis Imported Vertical Machining Center (VMC) is instrumental for production of various T- dies and thermoforming machine's tool mounting patterns and forming station's foundation body in addition to manufacturing majority of other critical components.
To ensure that the products consistently live up to the performance standards, Elpie uses self-sufficient tool room comprising 4-axis vertical machining center, CNC Machining center, universal radial drill, surface grinding machine, conventional mother machineries and paint shop.
